I’d have to disagree. Yeah, things sell out fast sometimes, but with preorders and a bit of planning it’s pretty doable in my experience.

Bandai decided to celebrate Dragon Ball's 40th in style by reissuing everyone's favorite villain...Cooler? Okay, he's probably no one's idea of a classic Dragon Ball character, but as someone who skipped out on the first edition I'm just happy to have been given another shot at an awesome figure.

Yeah it is a bit high. Plus I think the Cartoon line is slowing down in popularity especially with so many Turtle lines available now. Maybe we’ll have a SDCC situation again and NECA lowers the price because it’s not selling just like the Surfing Turtles 4 pack.
