I am still waiting to hear more details on what is going on with my mother after her surgery a couple days ago, but she did get out of the hospital recently. I am going to visit her and make sure she has everything she needs and hope that is not that serious. Wish us luck, folks.

I just learned that I dodged a bullet; I was selected for jury duty RIGHT as I moved out last year and was newer at my current job. Thankfully, my mother was there and helped get me out of it. Talk about remarkable luck in both the good and bad variety, folks.

If I may make a confession: Limp Bizkit is one of those guilty pleasure acts. I mean, Fred Durst is a difficult pill to swallow for his vocal delivery and lyrics. However, if you can shut your brain off to that, there is some legitimate chops with the guys playing the actual instruments. (1/2)

Not only is it bad for Nintendo to get the FBI involved for cracking down on ROMs after what the company has done while Stop Killing Games got traction, but it is worse when the FBI prioritizes Nintendo’s draconian ass policies with copyright infringement as opposed to going after actual criminals.
