The only positive thing the little turd did was the national firearms reform. I can't think of anything else though.
While Morrison was just a clown who did some damage to the country, Howard was the real villain. He ruined our economy for decades all to enrich himself and those like him. Most of his policies were obviously unsustainable, but he brought them in knowing they’d not be offered to future generations
