Of course Qatar would have warned HAMAS that Israel was about to bomb them. Who told Qatar? Israel would have known they would warn them, so it's not Israel. The US? If the US did, they knew Qatar would warn HAMAS and could have made it all much simpler by telling the IDF to back off.
