But we all have it.
We are made of it.
And we can “recover” it. Yes, sooner or later we feel the impulse to “recover” it.

. . .
What moves you?…
What is your obsession or passion?…

Mine is “consciousness”…
That substance of which the human being is fundamentally composed, yet we never fully discover, define, or find it…
It is slippery as hell.

And when I say “obsession,” I mean it in the good sense.
A passion.
Yes, that thing which moves one.
That which, ultimately, makes you get up in the morning.
That to which, despite life’s infinite distractions, you always return to.
Because your design demands it.
🜳 77 – The Encounter with Your Consciousness

Everyone has an “obsession.”
My “obsession” is to help others “meet” their consciousness.
And to do that, I first had to meet mine.
My consciousness.
And it became multiple Gods.
Because it wanted to and because it could.

And here we are—those multiple parts—“living adventures” until we remember we are God.
But NOT the initial God, oh careful, but the individual, sovereign God we are now…

. . .
Yes, God self-divided into multiple parts and (oh, R.I.P.) died.
It disappeared.
As such.
As God.
And the thing is—it did it.
It did.
It split itself into millions of pieces.
Because it was stuck, bored, and perhaps could do nothing else…
🜟 76 – The Multiplicity of God and Current Spiritual Trends

If Source (from which we all come) had not wanted to experience multiplicity, it wouldn’t have created multiple facets of itself, don’t you think?
That’s when “the other” comes.
Yes, when there’s this small “provisional and recurrent death.” Let’s call it that for the sake of informative clarity and to scare the ego less.

. . .
It is a “death,” but a death to live.
And it is a death that occurs every time you sit to meditate or to breathe.
Every time you allow that death…
Every time you open up and let yourself be carried by it…
Releasing identity, releasing the existential structure that sustains you, through which you know yourself, you live yourself.
🜱 75 – First Step: The Small Provisional & Recurrent Death

The most difficult step in the practice of true meditation and true conscious or interdimensional breathing is exactly the first step.
The very first one.
Sense how the warmth — that warmth you’re not quite sure where it comes from — goes through the “intersections” of your body.
At the “points of change,” where there is a joint, for example.
Balls of warmth are forming there…

. . .
Breathe deeply…
Come on.
Breathe deeply.

But gently.

Breathe deeply, yet softly.
It almost feels like it is born from within, not coming from outside…
🜰 74 – The Warmth of Consciousness

And it is in a single breath — slightly intentional, but without forcing — that you feel the warmth of consciousness entering your body…
Through your head, through your shoulders, feel how it penetrates quickly.
Each one of us must discover where that trigger is.
As hard as it may be to believe, we are here on Earth for that.
At the end of the day…
We could almost say that human life is the trigger…
