The Danish Parliament is debating to prolonging a temporarily authorization to conduct transnational adoptions with further 2 years.
In that debate the leading majority continuously repeat misinformation and basically counter argue themselves.

We only partly won the fight against the racist social wellfare law in DK. Transnational adoptees and Danes born abroad will be excused from the rules. It does not make the law less racist, also it comes with a concern of how we are labelled in the public ID system. #adopteeactivism #adopteepower

1/ The Danish Minister of Social Affairs has pushed a family law allowing the use of foreign surrogacy bodies without any lower age limit. There has to be a clear consent as the minister state it - but they also acknowledge that they cannot verify the legality of the consent.
