that way, you know that the position: relative is related to the fact that there's an overlay atop the .logo

if you someday remove the logo, you'll know the position: relative is no longer necessary

since i work with components, i dont often feel the need to use nested CSS (they are small enough)

but i find it useful to use nesting when achieving something that requires a rule on another element:

.logo {
position: absolute;

.overlay {
position: relative;
inset: 0;
...
}
}

nice! do u have the benchmark code? i wanna try running this on a webapp im working on

github.com/cigaleapp/ci...

the app *is* local only so it won't bƩ very interesting i think, but linking to the bench code might be useful if others have server-side heavy apps to test SEA with ^^
build standalone binary with node sea Ā· Issue #1018 Ā· cigaleapp/cigale
see https://gautier.dev/articles/sveltekit-sea might be useful for the docker image too, maybe? also curious if sth similar is possible with Bun

Hi fellow Svelters!

I just concluded an investigation to know whether it's possible to use the experimental Node SEA feature with SvelteKit, and I'm thrilled to announce that the answer is yes!

You can read all about it there:
Bundling a SvelteKit app into a single binary
The odyssey of packaging a SvelteKit application using the upcoming Single Executable Application (SEA) Node feature through a custom adapter.
