Here's the thing, you have to let yourself do the holiday equivalent of sobering up from Halloween.
And I always think "oh Halloween is October there's plenty of time" but then you put the last fake pumpkin away and you're already finalizing turkey day transportation plans.

I have PTSD bc of the abuse we suffered in the hospital during my 1st birth. It made me terrifyingly vulnerable to crunchy granola antivax mommy bloggers.
