RG3 2012 Skins was SO great in Kyle Shanahan's run heavy Play action scheme. Optioning off D ends meant needing 8 to stop the run; deep passes wide open. 2013,14 he just SUCKED, didn't matter what was drawn up.

Sam Darnold was #1 graded QB per PFF as of last week. He's taken yet another step I can't even think of a failed prospect who turned good on another team then great on a 3rd. Kurt Warner was meh 2004 NYG then GREAT in Arizona.
