Cat Nouveau Mitts by JAC OF LATTES & LLAMAS

Scandinavian Sugarskulls by Jenny Penny

Sorry about that. I knit them a year ago and was too lazy to look them up.

Awesome! It’s just what I want to make for me.

Another pair of Octopus Mittens.(Emily Peters). This is the 4th pair I’ve made. Canadian Briggs & Little Lite ‘n’ Fancy softspun 100% wool and Peruvean Yarnalia Joy 100% baby alpaca for the lining 🧶

I don’t do spooky but I did make the toque and black cat mitts for my daughter’s Halloween-loving roommate 🧶

When yarn is wound it must be used. That’s your mistake. If it’s not wound you are less likely to find something to knit with it. If you do anyway, if you’re like me, you’ll be too lazy to wind it.

It’s beautiful! It would be hard to resist starting something with it.

If I weren’t refusing to cross the border I’d go down and join them.

Such insanity. WTF is happening? Does Trump believe it? I think so. I think his sycophants are feeding him old footage and footage from other places. It’s so evil.

Thanks for the reminder 😊 I was working on a toque a couple of weeks ago and… too late… I thought about this. It was OK because I’m comfortable with DPNs but it’s still a little annoying.

I love them. I’ll have to take a look for my octopus-loving friend.

Here are my favourite mitts.

I could never get it to work. Tried a few. Maybe because of the way I knit? I’m a lever knitter.

Thanks. They tested me a bit but they turned out well and my daughter loves them.

BTW the cat on the left looks a lot like mine in the face anyway.

Correlation isn’t causation. Wait 🤔 I think it is in this case. You’re good.

Definitely if my craft dream had come true. I have a room but it became a guest room with a queen bed and because it’s a child’s room there’s no room.

And it’s a wrap!

Eat the Rich is very well designed. The pattern is a little hard to follow (I was using KnitCompanion) b/c the charts are on 2 pp (can’t be helped). Horizontal numbering would help, as would using a chart with heavier lines every 5 rows & columns (drives me insane when not used).
Front, back and side of the Eat the Rich toque in teal and white with a white pompom.

They are my favourites too. I’ve made them a couple of times. Vignette Socks.

The horror. The horror!

I honestly hope that’s AI!

#showmeyourknits wants socks? I got socks. I think my favourite thing to knit is socks. Lucky because everyone wants socks! 🧶
Three pair of socks hanging from a string. Two grey pair. One dark blue pair. All have coloured heels, toes and cuffs. Bright green Vignette Socks. Owl Socks in oatmeal yarn the owls have beads for eyes. Star Wars Wookie Socks from Tanis Gray, Knitting the Galaxy in cream and brown.

They look smaller than mine. I bet they would be better.

I feel for you. My mitt lining was going swimmingly well yesterday & then my metal needles started acting like greased pigs & falling out. When I got home I switched to wooden… & fixing the dropped stitches (once in a while I missed a row). This is just stupid really. No one will see but I’ll know.

Lucky you! I can’t tell you how frustrating using these were for me. Total waste of money! Couldn’t get them to stop moving. I ended up buying a cheap floor lamp which works for me.
