In a report released today, the Center for Effective Lawmaking identified #Nevada Sens. Jacky Rosen and Catherine Cortez Masto and Rep. Dina Titus as "highly effective" Democrats during the 118th session of #Congress. All three were ranked in the top ten for their respective chambers.
