Andrei Markov said not being able to reach 1,000 #NHL games was something that bothered him at the time but right now he's moved on and has no regrets about anything that happened in the past.

Andrei Markov said he never expected to be honoured by the #GoHabsGo once he retired: "I was surprised to receive the email from Geoff [Molson] and I was happy. It surprised me but it's something special that is going to stay for the rest of my life."
