As a warning: Not only is this an adult book in the sense that it includes explicit scenes, it's also dark and violent at times. Not oppressively so, mind you, but there's enough there to be an issue if you're squeamish or sensitive. While I love that kind of stuff, I know it's not for everyone!

Absolutely loved this one, and I'm hoping to cover it one day for the review series! Very interesting take on prohibition-era Chicago with furries and vampires, and as you might expect, there's no shortage of parallels to be drawn between blood and alcohol.
