Hamas has announced that they will release all of the hostages in exchange for an end to the war. They will give up power to a "technocratic Palestinian government". They also said that they are "ready to begin negotiations over the details of the proposal".

Anyone calling this a "peace deal" either doesn't know what they are talking about or is just repeating partisan talking points. It is, at best and being very generous, a peace plan. More accurately, it is a real estate proposal.
