Sticky Fat meanders back into frame. A longtime resident of the Half Acre landscape, the StickyFat bear wanders off from time to time, but we’re always glad to welcome him home. From the same fresh hop lot as Jet Harvest, we saved some to brew this one – draft only in the taproom.

Eight Billion Genies pours bright and hazy as an 8% DIPA stacked with Strata, Mosaic, and Citra. Like its comic namesake, Genies is complex – pineapple, mango, and sherbet aromatics glide through a balanced finish. Draft and 16oz cans available all October. A wish granted in every pour.

800lbs of Simcoe were clipped in Yakima, flown by Alaska Airlines, and in our tanks in Chicago before a day passed. Brewed in a blur to catch that fleeting window, Jet Harvest captures Fresh Hop IPA with grapefruit, rainbow sherbet, and sticky resin. On draft + in 4-pack 16oz cans at the brewery.

Pour a pint of Jet Harvest and you’ll find a west coast ripper with layered hop character that carries sunshine to your glass.

Thanks to our partners, we had farm fresh whole cone sticky hops in our brewery less than 24 hours after they were pulled from the fertile Yakima Valley. All of our collaborators worked together so expertly grown Simcoe reached us at peak freshness right in the heart of harvest.

Jet Harvest Fresh Hop IPA brewed in collaboration with Bale Breaker Brewing, @yakimachief.bsky.social, Loftus Ranches and Alaska Air. Wet hop beers offer a rare chance to brew with freshly picked hops during harvest, using them straight off the bine for flavors you can’t capture any other way.

Black Beak is a split of lean pilsner malt and a crushing mix of NZ hops – Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Superdelic – with a dash of Idaho 7. The yield: crisp and bitter with dank green spice, grassy funk, and southern hemi tropical depth. A sparkling tide, swig after swig. 16oz 4-packs in the shop only.
