i used to enjoy tabasco sauce on cheese on toast but maybe my palate has changed or something but it just tastes like weird salty vinegar now, so I need some hot sauce reccomendations

there was a epic universe video with the president of Universal studios in it that had some amazing cinematic shots and i cant find it anymore, I'm sure it was aired the night before the park opened
