Ty! This has been bouncing around my brain for a few weeks now

Since kureha is a folk singer, who's about to retire. And chopper loves the work.

The gang spends a lot of time together and often end up going home late. Sanji is one of the few strawhats with a car and often drives zoro home last since they live the closest together.

A little all over the place but nami works at "arlong park" the local tourist trap, and does managerial duties and event coordination. And she's really decent at it, but hates it.

Chopper meets the group at a nearby music festival, he's taking care of stage tech duties for kureha

Luffy had already invited nami to his and zoro's kind of band for vocals and overall coordination.

Sanji and zoro butt heads as a linecook and server. Luffy gets stuck as a dishwasher.

Eventually they start all start hanging out at ussops place since his dad is never home.

Since you asked about the au, here's a thread on it.

So the thought is Sanji is a linecook at a locally owned business (ran by zeff), luffy and zoro are enlisted to work there due to property damages. Thus throwing the three together.
