Advice for 2026: do not think about scaling, Kubernetes, or complicated things. You are handling 10 users. Focus on your users' feedback and on your app activity to enhance UX and make connections with your users. Scaling comes when you grow your user base and only when it is needed

People keep building for 3 months while claiming it’s their product MVP. That’s wrong. If it takes you 3 months today with AI, you’re trying to build a full product and scared of the reality of launching. Build your MVP in a weekend or one week maximum, then launch it.
