I made a physics based inventory for picking up stuff on the ground! The bag will shake around while moving, and even displace stuff outside of it too.

I've been making more rendered out tiles for our upcoming game. Apparently drawing outside the lines is a good thing. More variations will likely almost eliminate the visible tiling as well!

used graphite to do a little doodle, took a picture and put it into a digital art program. it was actually quite fun, I might try and refine the style a bit maybe.

we're using png images as map files! the color of the pixel determines whats being placed where, with a little rng added in. This is super cool because it makes creating maps so quick and easy that anyone can do it!

We've got unit AI running on a navigation mesh now, also ability cooldowns are shown with a green bar(for now). Really still need to figure out the sprite sorting overall though :)

This is the zweihander in our upcoming game. It will have strong defensive and area denial abilities. Great for keeping attacks and enemies away from your friends with its long reach!

We want units in our game to display intelligent decision making. Healing themselves if hurt, or running to someone who can, and just generally trying to value their own lives.

No game dev update, but I made some delicious breakfast pastries filled with apricot jam for Christmas this year :)
Merry crisis to all my 40 or so new followers, it was genuinely shocking seeing it nearly double overnight.
