She/her. Pan/biromantic grey ace. Happily married mother of 1. Flaming lib. I do have other interests than Good Omens, I swear. 🔞 please.
Aziraphale miracles the fun to a water pistol to save Crowley in the book. In the show, it’s a Secret Service agent.
This was cut too:

“Aziraphale is tossing a bread rust to a drake. The drake pecks at it, then squawks, and dies.

A: Really, my dear, was that necessary?

C: Sorry.

The drake returns ti life, quacks, and paddles off.”

I feel robbed.
They cut the part where the cops find rats in their bonnet after trying to pull Crowley over.

And “Everyday” was supposed to play throughout the show.

Crowley’s wings in Eden were supposed to be grey. And Aziraphale was supposed to visibly hesitate before running after Adam & Eve and giving them the sword.

Of course the first thing Adam does after eating the apple is “grin lecherously at Eve”

Well that’s all done now. Think I’ll read the S1 script book next, and then the S2 script book I made myself.

“Adam seldom did what his father wanted.”

What an understatement.

But I do like “just enough of a bastard to be worth liking” more than “to be worth knowing.”

And Crowley uses a tire iron he found in the random military jeep. Not nearly as cool as the crank.

In the book, in reference to stopping Satan, Aziraphale just says to Crowley “What have you got to lose?”

The show is so much better. “Do something or I’ll never talk to you again.” Fix this for me, for us, not just for your own existence.

Not a fan of this quote:

I love that R.P. Tyler thinks Madame Tracy is a ventriloquist and Shadwell must be here dummy because he’s the right size for it (he’s 5 ft tall in the book).

In the book Newt is the one who figures out why they’re using the old military base. In the show, it’s Anathema. I prefer the latter.

I wish we’d had the scene with the televangelist. I think that would have been great. Probably gonna see some in the finale though.

Citron Deux-Chevaux: “Is that my Gros Bon Ange?”
Aziraphale: “I think that’s a rather personal question. I mean, as these things go. But one tries, as it were. One does one’s best.”
