My most successful project this year: 3D printed case and an ESP32 inside to show the date and time with automatic DST adjustments.
My second prototype is a success. WS1812B string lights attached to a ESP-01S via a custom board. I’ve powered it by 3 AA batteries and by a USB power brick. And both work well.
