My late entry for the #BirdOfTheDay theme, #FeedingTime, is a small flock of Chestnut-backed Chickadees on suet feeders. This is the largest group of them I've seen in my yard. They are little cuties. #birds #backyardbirding

I'm going with the alternate option for #BirdOfTheDay which is #GardenBirds (main theme is #solitude). Bushtits are tiny but brave, and will come very close to me to feed from the suet. The females always look intense d/t their yellow eyes. #birds
