I gave it a shot but came up empty.

The Dungeon Draft and Campaign Cartographer apps both have assets for making modern maps but those are either on the scale of a building, isometric, or have an IRL birds-eye-view perspective.

Everything else I found used real map data as a starting point.

Seriously. I know players constantly ask when the next update is coming, but just saying " We can't promise even a rough date" is much better than repeatedly giving a time table and failing to release on time.

Graffiti is a hell of an art. Done mostly anonymously, under threat of legal prosecution, and with the full knowledge that it is temporary, and will probably be deliberately destroyed.

This one is unusual. It's common to see slaps on sign poles, you can see the edges of some in the photo, but the image in the center is spray-painted on the pole (stencils presumably), with the eyes and mouth done with pen.

3. If you see content that disturbs you, immediately (or as fast as possible) go and play 20-30 minutes of Tetris (or any other fast-paced game with your eyes sweeping over the visual field that has caused visual artifacts to linger when you close your eyes for you in the past).
