I deleted all my Meta apps! Because of support groups necessary to my well-being on FB, I am not ready to delete my account. But, logging in from DuckDuckGo has given a much better experience with very few ads. I highly recommend this for anyone not able/ready to leave FB.

Getting outside- weeding, walking in the woods, or just sitting on the ground are some of my go-tos. Playing music. Taking an Epsom salt bath at home or, if finances allow, an hour in a float tank.
