i resonate with this so deeply! being more comfortable with being outgoing and chatty online has definitely helped with interacting irl, as well. there’s just days where it is not in me to be around people at all lol but thank goodness for online spaces like this when i still want connection 🫶🏼

i know it sounds silly, but bluesky is such a convenient tool when i am deep in hermit mode but crave a sense of community.

after ending a 12 year relationship, i forfeited some friendships and social patterns to prevent myself from going back and it got a bit lonely but yall helped so much!
