Update on the lightning strike situation:
1. It hit the tree near my house which is now 2m shorter than it used to be
2. Electricity in the area is dodgy but we had enough retired-but-mostly-functional bits lying around to replace the things that we think got fried, so we are making do for now.

- Got rid of the cuisses bc this is a CIVILIAN outfit, with the boots as an exception
- Extended the boots upwards and separated the sabatons/tailfeather hub into a removable piece
- Extended the boots up and added garters to keep them there

- Now halterneck, bc the wing control hub plugging in through a too-small hole in the shirt was bugging me
- Got rid of the ruffles that would be a nightmare to rig in 3D
