that’s pokey gear. I’m sorry your in such discomfort. I had to jib it when I broke my shoulder as the constipation was brutal. I seem to be very susceptible to side effects. hiccups another. my lord. for days.

been a bit miserable today so double carbed it with five spice perfumes fried chicken and a Thai red curry sauce of green beans and mixed winter toms from Cyprus. delicious. I feel renewed. well, ready for an early night 😊

i was thinking of a roux brothers version that had fresh shrimp in there. haven't seen the moro one but do have that cookbook. fried chicken here in a perfumed five spice crust with a red curry sauce. need cheering up so aggressive flavours ahoy 🤘
