Something in the last IOS update is preventing me from getting in WIFI on my phone at work. There a portal we go to and enter a password. It won’t even open the portal. Been tinkering with setting. May try a different default browser.

I’ve been in customer service for 50 years. Something that I learned early is that customers don’t care, they don’t have to. They don’t care if you’re busy, a vendor missed a delivery or someone didn’t show up. As a customer I hate when a business gives an excuse for bad service. Find a way.

The router that I got a year started acting up. Primary WiFi network had been dropping out and laggy. I’ve gone through all the usual IT tricks with the modem and the router. Finally I pulled out the 4 year old router that it replaced. It’s working fine. I’ll have to reset the newer one to factory.

I’m a boomer. I drank from a water hose. When I got a cut I rubbed in dirk to stop the bleeding. I have natural immunity, I rarely get sick. Pain is just another feel like tired or hungry. I can sit around and listen to music for hours. We were built different.
