I do want Mamdani to win, but people on BSky need to go touch grass if they think there is some massive wave of political change in most parts of the country.
A majority of Republicans say they hate Obamacare, but love their ACA insurance. You can sell a lot more jars of honey than if you called it bee vomit.
I wish Mamdani lots of luck, but like w/ Bernie Sanders, if he dropped the S-word, I think far more people would support him.
Another election day & I fully expect to go to my polling place and there being nothing but blue-hairs waiting in line to vote.
When the election results don't go the way younger folks want, they'll be lots of complaints online by those same young people who couldn't be bothered to vote earlier.
Democrats had 3 MONTHS to investigate the election results while they were still in power. They could have leaned on the FBI & every other government branch under their power.
But like with most things, they chose not to fight because they are a bunch of cowards.

But that's not how our media works. Most of the time it's brought up, it's fairly calm & presented as almost normal.
...It's been a yr since the election, and DNC hasn't changed anything. The only Dems worth following are ones willing to go on the offensive. Newsom has lots of negatives, but at least he's not a pussy. AOC is another one of the few Dems worth supporting.
Public sees them as the do-nothing Democrats. It's that simple. Why are people voting Team Blue if when they are in power, they don't exercise that power to better people's lives? The public chose a corrupt candidate that they knew would shake things up, over one they felt would get nothing done...
They have a choice location in the living room next to the window on this huge pillow. They love that spot which is why a box might not be good enough for them. Spoiled.
This is going to be dangerous on so many levels. People know and expect for Fox to have a right wing lean on its facts. Sane people haven't trusted them in decades. Other real news agencies are trusted because they at least mostly try to be unbiased-ish.
