U.S. Customs and Border Protection hasn't explained why armed agents stopped teens at a Dutch Bros drive-thru in Hillsboro, and they say there's no urgency to explain:

ICE detained a U.S. citizen for 7 hours in Portland after she photographed ICE agents.

As of Tuesday morning, ICE still had her phone and her engagement ring, she said.

Also of note: did Multnomah County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson announce a change in #pdx city policy in her response to this audit? No word from the city.

JVP said #pdx stopped enforcing 75% recycling mandate for construction waste, so the county wasn't in jeopardy for noncompliance on libraries.
