If you have something soft, rubbing your stomach with it feels amazing. I used to rub rabbit pelts on my stomach as a kid when I was sick. My grandfather would give me the skins after he used the meat for stews.

Noting this inauguration, I fervently wish my friends in the LGBTIA2S+ communities a happy and safe new year. As a monk, I'm aware that John 13:34 commands us to "love one another".
