Number of European students travelling to the USA for a university degree remains... steady (number of Indian nationals is down)

Thanks for this. As a political scientist, I find low citation counts in law (and history) curious given that there are many more of you. The disciplinary tradition of referring to primary sources, sure, but I think the publication outlets also lack behind (too few journals, too many obscure books)
