This has been a truly painful week.
My boyfriend and I broke up, and it was a very hard few days. I started to feel better yesterday and last night my grandfather passed away.

Grief isn't linear. It is not experienced in order start to finish nor in any set amount of time. Grief is something that eases, but never truly goes away. Grant yourself the grace necessary to grieve.
