We always celebrate NYE with a friend who stopped drinking quite a few years ago. And that has led me to discover one neat trick for starting the year off right: even if you do drink, toast the new year with non-alcoholic bubbles! You've probably had enough already by midnight anyway, trust me.

One thing I like about my country is that one of the most famous Christmas songs is about a little boy murdering is dad (to avenge his pet rabbit). It's especially fun when you hear your 6-yo godkid enthusiastically singing it!

No spoilers, but two episodes into Pluribus, I would say that it feels very much like a reaction to LLMs, ChatGPT in particular. It's not about that, not really, and [redacted] is not quite a metaphor for it either, but I'm not sure it would have been quite the same had it been made pre-LLMs.

No spoilers, but two episodes into Pluribus, I would say that it feels very much like a reaction to LLMs, ChatGPT in particular. It's not about that, not really, and [redacted] is not quite a metaphor for it either, but I'm not sure it would have been quite the same had it been made pre-LLMs.
Aside from everything else, Pluribus is just one of the best looking things on television right now

Is er iemand bezig met een verlate viral campagne voor Joe Speedboat, of was er ergens een restpartij die iemand van de versnipperaar wilde redden ofzo? Er zijn twee exemplaren in mijn minibieb gelegd, en nog twee in de minibieb twee straten verderop. En ben nu benieuwd hoe ver dit reikt!

Today, I told an eight year old who proudly told me she was about to get her multiplication table diploma next week about the cool property of all multiples of nine. And then, when I told my partner (who has a PhD in mathematics!) about it, found out he didn't know about it yet either!

Ok, verdict so far: nothing new to see here, but I guess it's at least nice that some of the songs are unapologetic pop (Opalite in particular)
Listening to the new TS almost out of a sense of obligation. So far: like how bitchy Actually Romantic is, and absolutely hate the production on Honey. Title song will probably grow on me?
