Kind of takes weird training-a-monkey energy.
Cool! Fyi, I tried Tyype as a name for my app briefly and issues were app search always showing "did you mean Type?" results instead 😅
You too! High-five 😊
Claude keeps giving me "reality checks" 🙄
Lol, wewps. Congrats on going live tho!
It's always the silly mistakes! Like forgetting a link to terms in the metadata 😅
Interesting! What would be an example of a component? How granular?
Love it. The simple life leaves much more space for nourished creativity.
App launch week = scattered. Classic build first/worry about marketing later thing so no surprise.

How I could have prepared better:
- found and engaged in writing subreddits
- shared building process more consistently here
- connected w more writers on instagram

Relationships! #buildinpublic
Hopefully an easy fix! 🤞🏼
Thx James 🤓 Oh these are precisely the wondering, unclear parts. Value is hopefully relatability, softness, a chuckle, permission to share humanness & creativity amongst the hacks. Love how #buildinpublic can be for vulnerability too.

My "do these work here" was more about text images on bluesky 😅
Quick walk through video of the Typeswipe app - creating a carousel text post from writing in under a minute!

A new update coming but here it is now 🙃 apps.apple.com/ca/app/tyype...

Thanks for checking it out!
Oh, nice! I hope it can help you! Just paste in your long form text and it automatically splits it into slides (for carousel posts) w lots of font/color/formatting options. Free! Are you on ios or android?
Thanks! Still making a plan but likely lots of writing & connecting w writers on reddit, instagram, here. I will have to remember your reminders to not take outcomes personally ;)
Android app in review! App store too! 🥳

Changed app name back to be more search-friendly: Typeswipe. In retrospect, Tyype was quite silly and frictiony.

Now I have no more excuses to put off marketing. #buildinpublic
I will look for it, thank you!
See, that's cool! This author looks like a nice way to get deep quick... let us know how it feels/goes.
Engaging with chaos and laziness while learning math? What are you learning about lately? I used to love math in uni but, 20yrs later, can barely add two numbers 😆 How do I fall for it again without having to or it being applicable to anything? Interested in seeing another's path back to it.
