In other news I got my emergency app with the dermatology department for a growth on my face. The GP told me the waiting time is 2 month's. However I will have waited just 5 weeks. #C4News

This story about the illegal dumping of rubbish reminds me of the old day's in my hometown. Then our army used to dump things at the landfill side the Russian's (stationed in my hometown) wouldn't be far behind going threw the rubbish to find usefull things. #C4News

I think it will always be to my great shame that I knew so little about Ukraine before the war. Having grown up in a Russian satelite state, as former East Germany is often discribed, I do find it deeply painful to see how Russia is conducting itself. My heart truly goes out to Ukraine. #C4News

I wouldn't want to be Zelenskyy right now. The pressure he must feel from other countries. At the end of the day America is nobody's friend. He must do what is right for his people. #C4News

Received an email today from a former college pal after 30 years! I always had the feeling that all my former college pals thought I went to Scotland and lived happily after. Eh nope. It turned into a nightmare. But nobody could see Brexit and my disability comming. Still nice to hear from him.
