Yesterday, HELCOM had the honour of welcoming Mr Tobias Goldschmidt, State Minister for Energy Transition, Climate Protection, Energy and Nature of Schleswig-Holstein at HELCOM. Minister Goldschmidt met with our Executive Secretary, Rüdiger Strempel, and Deputy Executive Secretary, Lotta Ruokanen.
