Mostly just charts in Roman numerals. I might make notes for specific sets about arrangements, or capo position, but usually keep it pretty basic!
what do you write in your chord books? voicings, chords for particular tunes, vamps, etc?

Chord book 2 coming in hot!!!! First chord book took roughly 2 1/2 years to fill up. Hopefully the new composition style will prevent important pages from falling out 🙃

Is it advisable to record a fiddle part for a demo you’re working on when you don’t play the fiddle? Nope. Do I do it anyways and screech out out of tune ideas for parts? Yup.

if you're appalled by what's happening and think socialism is cool, it's worthwhile to consider if "liberal" is a good self-identifier going forward. ideologically, liberals got us here and liberals are offering nothing to stop what is happening.
