I packed up my life and landed in a new city 1 year ago today.

In that time I’ve:
- Done a LOT of travelling.
- Spoken at conferences.
- Played on a Final Fantasy EP.
- Became an MPSE member.
- Been offered side-gigs.

I plan to travel to France in the new year to decompress.

I’ve died 5 times in the past decade. As I near a milestone I never thought I’d see, I thank my friends/ family for enduring my ennui and madness and for championing my success. Was literally about to hit order on a MIDI CC controller that’s handmade in Paris. Then realised that I now live in the U.K.

Customs charges……Putain.

Time to ask my cousin if she’ll bring it home at Christmas, instead! Or else pay her a visit in January :)

Whole pack of piri-piri chicken, half an avocado, a slice of gluten free toast with French butter, x3 scrambled rich yolk eggs with spinach and cottage cheese, all topped with salt, pepper, chili flakes and Cholula hot sauce.

As my 1st anniversary as a music designer nears in a few weeks, I think of the dream jobs I let slip, and composers who took a chance on me over the past decade. Thank you all.

I’ve shipped 7 game patches since January, soloed 4, and worked on a narrative title.

Let’s see what 2026 brings x

I just went on a date. Honestly thought when he sent me this that it was just a joke…..‘I’m convinced pigeons aren’t real. I’m sure they are made in a lab to spy on the common man whilst dropping trackers all over our cars’.

I spent the evening getting a friend physically out of a DV situation.

Men, true masculinity doesn’t mean being feared. It means being safe to be around and is absent of hubris and chauvinism. You may not ever raise a hand but if she’s walking on eggshells or relieved when you leave, you’re a POS.

It’s made me nostalgic for Hitman but with gorgeous upgrades to the combat and stealth/ distraction experience. The music design is buttery smooth between gameplay and cinematics and heyoooo score! 🎵
