So apparently ICE trains cadets to walk around and get in front of a suspect’s car. If they press on the accelerator, don’t move. Instead, immediately grab your gun and attempt to kill the driver. Then jump out of the way before you get hit. If you get hit, well, at least you killed the bastard.

Been doing some thinking about this and it seems to me that about the absolute dumbest way to stop a car speeding towards you is to shoot a bullet at it. Killing the driver won’t stop the car!
