We should all be feminists 💪

"A feminist is a man or a woman who says, yes, there's a problem with gender as it is today and we must fix it, we must do better.

All of us, women and men, must do better."

Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie: We should all be feminists | TED
We teach girls that they can have ambition, but not too much ... to be successful, but not too successful, or they'll threaten men, says author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. In this classic talk that started a worldwide conversation about feminism, Adichie asks that we begin to dream about and plan for a different, fairer world -- of happier men and women who are truer to themselves. Among 6500 surveyed women in Germany, aged 18 to 60, more than half consider parental leave of 3 years and 2 months for mothers to be appropriate.

Only after this period should a mother be allowed to return to work, but not full-time, only about 15 hours a week.
