✅We meet and exceed targets on incidence and mortality.

❓We're still far too short on diagnosis and treatment, and lack data to produce robust estimates.

Last week, @ukhsa.bsky.social published it's evaluation of opt-out testing for bloodborne viruses in A&E.

The programme has proven to be incredibly effective, identifying thousands of people living with hepatitis B, and hundreds with hepatitis C and HIV.

In October, we attended the annual Health and Justice Summit in Nottingham, representing our prison teams from across the UK!

Yesterday, Minister for the Cabinet Office Nick Thomas Symonds MP gave an update to Parliament on the Government’s progress in establishing an infected blood compensation scheme.
