trying out strattera 🤞I could have tried concerta but I didn’t want anxiety to more than likely get worse. Plus strattera can be a mild antidepressant and I need that too. Hopefully it makes a difference!

All that was really fixed today was upping my dosage for lamotrigine and a couple other things that are suppose to help with sleep/nightmares. But I have an appointment next week for adhd things so I’ll take that over waiting another month.

I can’t begin to describe how agonizing it has been to want to draw for what feels like years now, only to never get around to doing it despite it being one of the only things I want to do and think about doing every day. I can only ever draw when it’s for someone else, nothing for myself.

nervous about my psych appt later, so life update I guess. Been on lamotrigine for a month, haven’t noticed any kind of changes at all. Will probably up the dosage if she wants me to stay on it, but I’m really hoping I get medication for the thing I’m really struggling with. I miss drawing.

AH okay I got lucky with that happening a lot in one of my silence suzuka runs that was prob what helped me get to the finale pfff. Thank you for the advice!! Now I gotta be better about focusing on the right stats and not trying to balance everything out rip
