One thing I'm tempted to do is go to the Renaissance faire in my normal clothes+either my jacket or my trench coat, bringing my wooden staff with me, maybe find like mage-y looking necklace, and be frantically asking people "What year is it!? I think my time travel ritual screwed up!"
