This was actually interesting, and way more women (eventually) showed up. There’s a second meeting later in the month, curious to see how many fewer or more people show up for that!

I’ve been thinking about this too, and I can’t help but notice that the people who are so loudly terrified about it are basic as hell. I think they’re terrified their kid will become “the other”
I know you guys like to stay busy but sometimes your schedule looks exhausting. I’m glad you have some time to explore other things, or even just take a run on a whim!
I’m extra proud of this because there isn’t any irrigation there yet and I can’t use the backyard hose because it’s soft water, so I’ve been schlepping water around the house to keep it alive for the past two months
I’m not much of a gardener but I put a few vegetables in a raised bed in the backyard so it wouldn’t look like an empty pile of dirt and now I’m about to eat some kale I grew myself!

They also get right the fact that Ventura County is the furthest point north of Southern California, and Santa Barbara County is the southernmost point of the Central Coast. Most people not from this area get that wrong!
