The committee at Grays Road Institute kindly allow us to run a small, free book swap. This tall bookcase is in the main hall, with a smaller one in the main entrance. If you enjoy reading, why not pop along and grab a book or two but please don’t interrupt any other classes
Our fabulous Zumbarettes tried something new last week — a Tai Chi taster session! Slower movements, focused breathing, and plenty of laughs as we gave it a go. Some loved the mindful flow, others missed the Zumba beats, but everyone joined in with great spirit!
