Being told by a reviewer at the beginning of my career that I was a good writer had a huge impact on me. It was pivotal in giving me the confidence to develop my research and writing. Confidence is key!

People who have moved to Ireland from other countries add so much to our society & often struggle disproportionately. Support migrants, stand up for them, be an active ally & the next time someone says 'we've too much migration in Ireland' point them to this report
