I add sugar 🥄 and milk 🌌!
Finally, after first sip, I add in Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire Whiskey 🔥 🔥🔥

Overnight last night it snowed. This morning as I walked outside I drew in the deepest breaths of the cold air. They cleaned my body inside and out. I was able to get myself stretched out and I took my sunrise jog and enjoyed the snow on the ground as well as life waking up to greet the new day 😊

#herbchat My right eye is both severely visually damaged but also 'dead' in many ways. I've been using Eyebright for @ 40+ years. I've attempted to grow it, but Oklahoma is zone 7 and I wasn't able to keep the plant healthy enough.
