The lower of the interior streets of majestic Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont, with its dramatic toplights & open vistas to the harbour.
Built by the engineers of the #Sydneyharbourtrust c1920 under Chief Engineer #hdwalsh, it was the last of the great finger wharves they built. #publicsydney

AI perfectly manufactured for real estate rubbish…
Lord I hope this is the result of someone saying to chatGPT ‘Write me some hilariously breathy marketing wankery for a mediocre new development in the Sydney CBD.’ Because if a human was involved in this it is just embarrassing….

Sydney’s Surry Hills has an extraordinary range of wackily shaped micro lots.
Regular facade, but look at that impossible plan!
Many lots less than 80m2, a few less than 30m2.
Of course never miss a real estate opportunity there…

Visiting an old friend;
Our wedge-shaped #studioapartments opposite Dulwich Hill station now have the fabulous #OlympicMeats at street level.
Council have improved street, metro pending, facade cleaned, neighbours still puzzlingly undeveloped, so you can still see form of our triangular site

Important to add some critical context here;
-developer is Lend Lease
-Barangaroo was all public land
-contract between NSW Govt & Lend Lease still secret…even though it’s our land
-only 2.3% of housing there ‘affordable’, but wrongly tied to market rent & not capped at 30% of income

Allowing more apartments, cheaper to build, sell, rent & maintain, by limiting car parking in flood-prone centres -what’s not to like @smh?
If you want density with less cars & greater affordability, you should support this.

@emfarrelly.bsky.social spot on;
