An imposing gnomish-shortstack from the world of Azeroth, (Warcraft). Posing for what seems to be a portrait of herself, seeming confident, as she "stood" or appears more like "floating", in control. Fully dressed in expensive silks and cloths befit a conjurer of the dark arts. Colourful and emblazoned with golden and brass-like details all over, a large demonic medallion hangs from her neck, smiling with devilish glee as it's "eyes" appears to be looking at the viewer in response. Fishnets adorn her impressive lower-portion of her body. Under her stylish coat, attached to her leotard. Wearing over the knee-high black boots.
The background is colourful with the chaotic magic she is all well too familiar with, like tendrils on fire screaming, with what could be described as wailing faces aflame adorning them. An illustrious frame adorns the piece, filled with gems, and demonic aesthetics in gold.

An orange golden cloudy sky, roiling mountains of thick layers of clouds as far as the eyes can see. A type of airship, emerges from the cloud sea, like a natural denizen yet mechanical. Feeling a lot more comfortable with my process as of late, still enjoy looking for room for improvement where I can though.
Mainly been trying to work on my values, but I also just enjoy doing crazy flashy glows too much and it makes it harder to learn. I even wanted to add more, but had to stop.

Initial doodle phase where I sculpt out the main shapes and pose vibe I wanted.

Not super much being added apart from finalizing a few of the outfit details and what not.

Added and refined most general shapes and details to be as close to their finalized form as possible. I like blending colour directly unto the monochrome layer, and then merging it afterwards down, one by one, or all at once. Depends on how I feel in the moment.
I find it that the less I have to bother with multiple layers for the actual character(s), the easier of a time I have to repainting or re-designing elements.
Also wanted to have some sort of "fantastical" perspective depth of her magic tower in the BG, I wasn't as focused on making it look "right" as I probably should've/could've. But instead just wanted it to look more warpy, but not too much at the same time.
